Villa Arty offers 21 to 22 luxury bedrooms and suites, distributed across the various buildings and independent villas.

Each room is unique, featuring original artistic décor, generous spaces, and direct access to the gardens or swimming pools.

Rental Conditions

• Minimum stay: 3 nights
  • All meals are provided by the estate staff
  • Services must be booked in advance
  • The property must be returned in its original condition
  • Security deposit: to be confirmed

• 50% deposit required to confirm booking

  • Cancellation is applied according to the property’s local time

Conditions:
• Initial deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due
• No-show: 100% of the stay is due
