• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation
• The remaining balance must be paid 45 days prior to arrival
• Certain services may be paid on-site in local currency
• Optional services are not included in the rental rate

Cancellation Policy
• Any modification must be requested by email
• Cancellations are applied according to the property’s local time

Conditions:
• Initial deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due
• No-show: 100% of the stay is due
