Villa Soan is a holiday rental villa located in Marrakech, in the heart of the Palmeraie, within an exceptional natural setting surrounded by olive groves and palm trees, with open views over the Atlas Mountains.

Born from the vision of two young entrepreneurs passionate about architecture and design, this unique property is composed of two complementary houses, designed as a dual living experience blending modernity, local inspiration, and landscape harmony.

The architecture is deeply inspired by Moroccan heritage and the traditional courtyard house concept, reinterpreted in a contemporary language. The North House features a large central patio widely open onto the living spaces through expansive glass openings, while the South House is defined by a sequence of intimate indoor-outdoor patios, offering a more private and fragmented spatial experience.

Noble materials such as walnut wood, oak, stone, and marble have been carefully selected to create an elegant, warm, and timeless atmosphere. Every space has been designed to ensure comfort, fluidity, and a strong connection with the outdoors.

Cancellation Policy

• Any modification must be requested by email
  • Cancellations are applied according to the property’s local time
  • Initial deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due
  • No-show: 100% of the stay is due
