Rental Conditions

• Exclusive rental only
• The property must be respected and returned in its original condition
• Events are subject to prior approval

Booking Conditions

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking
• The balance must be paid 45 days prior to arrival
• Some services may be payable locally in local currency
• Optional services are not included in the rental price

Cancellation Policy

• Any modification must be requested by email
• Cancellations are processed based on the property’s local time

Conditions:

• Initial deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due
• No-show: 100% of the stay is due
