Set within a private estate of around 2.5 hectares, the property offers an exceptional natural
setting filled with palm trees, olive trees, citrus groves, and rose gardens. Originally a historic
residence built several decades ago and fully renovated, it now combines authentic charm
with modern comfort.
Its Mediterranean-inspired architecture is defined by the use of traditional Moroccan materials
such as tadelakt, zellige, and handcrafted plasterwork, creating a warm and elegant
atmosphere. The generous volumes and high ceilings give the villa a unique sense of space
and light.
