Booking Conditions

• 50% deposit required to confirm the booking
• Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
• Additional services payable locally in local currency
• Optional services not included in the rental price

Cancellation Policy

• Any modification must be requested by email
• Cancellations are processed according to the property’s local time

Conditions:

• Deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due
• No-show: 100% of the stay is due
