• Any modification request must be submitted by email.

• All cancellation policies are based on the property’s local time.

• The deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellation made less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay will be charged.

• In the event of a no-show: 100% of the total stay will be charged.
