Rental Conditions

Children are welcome but must remain under adult supervision at all times.
All meals must be prepared by the in-house staff.
The swimming pool is not equipped with a safety fence or lifeguard.
Pets may be accepted upon prior approval.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
The property must be returned in its original condition; additional charges may apply otherwise.
Wheelchair access may be possible upon prior request.

Reservation Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 45 days prior to arrival.
Certain on-site services may need to be paid locally, in local currency.

Optional services and extras are not included in the rental price and will be charged separately.
Prices in local currency may vary depending on exchange rate fluctuations.

Cancellation Policy

Any modification must be requested by email.
Cancellation conditions are based on the villa’s local time.

Terms:

• The initial deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the total stay is due
• No-show: 100% of the total stay is due
