• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
• The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
• Certain services may be payable locally in Moroccan Dirhams.

Cancellation Policy

• Any modification request must be submitted by email.
• Cancellations are processed according to the property’s local time.

Conditions:

• The initial deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation within 45 days of arrival: 100% of the stay is due.
• No-show: 100% of the stay is due.
