• The remaining balance must be paid 45 days prior to arrival

• Cancellation is applied according to the property’s local time

Conditions :
• Initial deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation within 45 days of arrival: 100% of the stay is due
• No-show: 100% of the stay is due
