Health & Safety Notice
While we take reasonable care in selecting and presenting our properties, guests must be aware that villas in Morocco are private residences built in accordance with local architectural traditions and regulations, which may differ significantly from those in your country of residence.
Many properties feature traditional Moroccan design elements, including but not limited to:
- Rooftop terraces and elevated areas
- Low balcony walls or decorative railings
- Open or floating staircases
- Uneven flooring or natural stone surfaces
- Water features and unfenced swimming pools
- Infinity (horizon) pool designs with exposed edges
- Gas-powered water heating systems
Such features may present inherent risks, particularly to children, elderly guests, or individuals with limited mobility.
Guest Acknowledgement & Responsibility
By confirming a booking and occupying a property, guests acknowledge and agree that:
- They assume full responsibility for their own safety and that of all members of their party.
- Children must be supervised at all times, without exception.
- Swimming pools may not be fenced or equipped with automatic safety covers.
- Pool alarms, where provided, are supplementary safety devices only and do not replace constant adult supervision.
- The holiday rental agency acts solely as an intermediary between guest and property owner and does not control structural design, construction standards, or ongoing maintenance beyond reasonable coordination.
Guests are responsible for:
- Reading and following all safety information provided at the property.
- Using all facilities (pool, terraces, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, fireplaces, lifts, gas appliances, etc.) responsibly.
- Ensuring appropriate travel insurance coverage, including medical expenses and personal liability.
