The villa features 11 elegantly decorated suites, each designed to provide comfort, privacy, and serenity. A spacious living and dining area opens onto a large panoramic terrace, while a fully equipped independent kitchen completes the living spaces.

Down below, a beautiful swimming pool allows guests to fully enjoy the calm and surrounding landscape. House staff provides discreet and efficient service throughout the stay.

RENTAL CONDITIONS

Booking Conditions
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking
• The remaining balance must be paid before arrival
• Certain services may be paid locally in cash
• Optional services are not included in the rental rate

Cancellation Policy
• Any modification must be requested by email
• Cancellations are applied according to the property’s local time
• The initial deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due
• No-show: 100% of the stay is due
