Set on a one-hectare property, this architectural gem offers 450 m² of interior living space and 200 m² of terraces, harmoniously blending modern design with the lush beauty of its natural surroundings.

Enveloped by palm and olive trees, manicured lawns, and more than 50 plant species, Villa SIDI unfolds like a secret garden. Guests can enjoy a multitude of outdoor settings, from dining under olive branches or by the shimmering pool, to sunset gatherings in the palm grove or on the panoramic rooftop terrace, all facing the majestic Atlas Mountains.

The villa accommodates up to 16 guests across 8 bedrooms, including 7 elegant suites with private bathrooms and 2 independent rooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with two lounges, one centered around a fireplace, the other equipped with a television, as well as indoor and outdoor dining areas that seat up to 16 guests.

A heated 15 m x 5 m swimming pool, outdoor bar and barbecue area, and private parking for up to 40 vehicles complete the estate’s generous amenities. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, a surround-sound music system, and concierge and event planning services upon request, ensuring every stay or celebration is effortless and memorable.

Designed to host both intimate stays and grand celebrations, Villa SIDI welcomes private events such as weddings, retreats, and festive gatherings, with a capacity of up to 180 guests depending on configuration.
