Step into the house through a stunning Andalusian-style courtyard, filled with fragrant orange and lemon trees and a soothing fountain. This immaculate residence, built in 2004 in traditional style, is named after Morocco’s most enchanting river.

Villa Amina is only 20 minutes from the lively Medina of Marrakech, yet it offers a serene escape set within a sprawling garden lushly adorned with thousands of roses, bougainvillea, plumbago, olive, pomegranate, and banana trees, along with soft lawns perfect for children to frolic. The garden is also home to Leila and Charlie, a tortoise couple who oversee the exotic birds and butterflies that frequent this beloved space. Designed with affection by its English owners, the villa showcases exotic and dramatic elements, creating a sumptuous retreat from the bustling atmosphere of Morocco.

The charming, colorful bedrooms are either located on the ground floor of the villa or in the nearby Pavilion, just a few steps away. Ascend the impressive floodlit staircase beneath a striking pierced oblong dome to discover the media room, complete with a bar. This space opens onto an upper terrace furnished with Moroccan-style seating and shaded by a pergola, offering breathtaking views of the gardens and the snow-capped Atlas Mountains—an idyllic spot for pre-dinner drinks.

The Pavilion is perfect for guests or teenagers seeking their own space. Please note that mid-summer in this region brings a delightful dry heat, while the house remains refreshingly cool.
