Very nice boutique hotel. 15 rooms and a few new villas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotelksarcharbagh.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.hotelksarcharbagh.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Palais Ronsard &#8211; again in the Palmeraie \u2013 very comfortable quite new and good restaurants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.palaisronsard.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.palaisronsard.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Amanjena &#8211; The name Aman gives it away \u2013 very comfortable and located only about 10 minutes from town \u2013 very impressive also has an excellent Japanese restaurant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aman.com\/resorts\/amanjena\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.aman.com\/resorts\/amanjena<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Oberoi &#8211; Again the name Oberoi says it all, it\u2019s a big hotel but of course very comfortable about 20 minutes from town.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oberoihotels.com\/hotels-in-morocco-marrakech\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.oberoihotels.com\/hotels-in-morocco-marrakech<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Casa Abracadabra located off the route de Ourika \u2013 20 minutes from town in the countryside and very peaceful. Also famous for its horses (possibility to ride them as well) and the Sunday brunch is excellent with a horse show.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.selman-marrakech.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.selman-marrakech.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mandarin Oriental \u2013 10 minutes out of town \u2013<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mandarinoriental.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.mandarinoriental.com\/en<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palais Namaskar \u2013 located in the Palmeraie \u2013  <a href=\"https:\/\/www.palaisnamaskar.com\/\" title=\"palaisnamasakar.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">palaisnamasakar.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jnane Tamsna owned by Merryane Loum-Martin located in the Palmeraie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jnanetamsna.com\/fr\/\" title=\"jnanetamesna.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jnanetamesna.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kasbah D\u2019If &#8211; located about 30 minutes from town.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kasbahdif.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.kasbahdif.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Capaldi &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecapaldi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.thecapaldi.com\/<\/a> &nbsp;Owned by Ed and Tara Lyall, located about 45 minutes from Marrakech near the mountains, &nbsp;The Agafay desert and the Lake Lalla Takerkoust are also near by where you will find a few good restaurants like La Flouka and Relais de Lac. Good food and very comfortable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Restaurants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other than the hotels I have previously mentioned which all have good restaurants I recommend \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Petit Cornichon \u2013 French \u2013 in Gueliz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vita Nova \u2013 Italian \u2013 in Gueliz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farmers \u2013 International in Gueliz<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nobu \u2013 As\u00edan \u2013 in Hivernage (also has a roof top bar and restaurant)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Paillote \u2013 French with a lovely garden 10 minutes out of town and next to Ouasiria water park.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caf\u00e9 de la Poste \u2013 French \u2013 in Gueliz \u2013 a real classic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Royal Golf Clubhouse \u2013 International, 10 minutes from town.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dar Dar \u2013 in the medina roof top bar and restaurant &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rooftopdardar.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.rooftopdardar.com\/en<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kabana \u2013 in the medina \u2013 roof top bar and restaurant &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kabana-marrakech.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.kabana-marrakech.com\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El Fenn. Delicious food, fun atmosphere for a night out, yet also a calm spot to have lunch during the day.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bo Zin &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bo-zin.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.bo-zin.com\/<\/a> Asian (large garden, oddly chic French vibe for an Asian restaurant) turns into a party as the night goes on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le Salama &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesalamamarrakech.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.lesalamamarrakech.com\/<\/a> magical rooftop for dinner or a drink, food is okay and also one of the few places to get a drink near the main square.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e9tanque Social Club in Gueliz ia nice for a lunch and a game of Petanque!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al Fassia &#8211; Famous classic Moroccan. Environment isn\u2019t great, cocktails are terrible, but hands down the best tagine in the city if you want something authentic.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le Palace &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.le-palacemarrakech.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.le-palacemarrakech.com\/<\/a> &#8211; located in Gueliz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bagatelle &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.restaurant-bagatelle-marrakech.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.restaurant-bagatelle-marrakech.com\/<\/a> one of oldest French restaurants in town (1949 I believe).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dar El Bacha coffee and Museum <a href=\"https:\/\/bachacoffee.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/bachacoffee.com\/en<\/a> Very atrracive, great for the museum and lovely for breakfast or coffee or lunch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breakfast and Boulangerie &#8211; Blue Ribbon Cafe &#8211; fresh pressed juices, bagels, breads. Charming town in the mountains about 2 hours from Tangier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/taj-chefchaouen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/taj-chefchaouen.com\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The last thing I would like to add is Morocco may look like a small country in the context of Africa but it is not! So do not try to see everything in one holiday. I have lived here for a long time and still have not managed to cover all the country.
