Palais NAO is a seasonal rental villa located in Marrakech, at the entrance of the legendary
Palmeraie and only 12 minutes from the city center.

This vast private estate has been designed to host exclusive stays, private retreats, and
exceptional celebrations in a unique setting, surrounded by lush gardens and overlooking the
Atlas Mountains.
Blending traditional Moroccan architecture with contemporary comfort, the palace offers an
elegant and refined atmosphere, perfectly suited for group stays, large families, or private

Cancellation policy

• Any modification must be requested by email
  • Cancellations are applied according to the property’s local time
  • Deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due
  • No-show: 100% of the stay is due
