Rental Conditions

• Exclusive rental only

  • Smoking prohibited in bedrooms
  • Respect for the neighborhood (quiet environment)
  • Use of facilities supervised by staff

Booking Conditions

• 50% deposit required to confirm the booking
  • Balance due 45 days prior to arrival
  • Additional services payable on-site
  • Optional services not included in the rental rate

Cancellation Policy

• Any modification must be requested via email
  • Cancellations are based on the property’s local time

Conditions:
• Deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellation less than 45 days before arrival: 100% of the stay is due
• No-show: 100% of the stay is due
